Premium Quality Hot Smoked New Zealand Salmon

Our salmon is farmed in the beautiful waters of the South Island, New Zealand.

The salmon is smoked to perfection using Natural Manuka Wood-Smoke in an Export Registered smokehouse. We then season one third of the salmon with Herbs and Crushed Garlic, one third with Lemon and Pepper and leave a third plain Manuka. The salmon is then vacuum packed for freshness which ensures that it is kept moist and tasty.

We supply selected gourmet/specialty stores and butcheries in the North Island. Our product is also currently stocked in some New World supermarkets in the North Island. See ‘Stockists’ for outlets.

We sell our yummy Salmon, Fish Cakes and Pies, Chowder, Pate and other seasonal goodies such as Coromandel Scallops at the following Farmers Markets around the central North Island, which are:

  • Titirangi Village Market (last Sunday of every Month)
  • Tamahere Country Market (third Saturday of every month)
